Windy days
Dry days

and

Wet days
And some times the season collide and happen all at once
But without the seasons changing Life, as we know it would be
Lifeless and boring
This too happens when one is in
LOVE!!

He was funny, strong, & fearless.
And yet he left us within months.

There was never a dull moment with him,
He was so full of laughter and life.

Even through the tough times,
He was optimistic with a smile on his face.

Each day he is a thought in my head,
And a dear memory in my heart.

He was my friend, yet now he's gone.
Now he's only more, he is my hero.

Inspiration

Inspiration takes time.
It may happen when you least expect it.
Sitting outside,
reading a book,
shopping at the mall,
or driving a car.

In trees, in gardens,
watching airplanes,
looking at buildings,
seeing birds fly or
watching your kids play.

Poetry is everywhere.

Gone

Gone with the fall,
Gone with the leaves falling.
Gone with the winter,
Gone with the ice melting.
But will soon be back.
We are in spring,
With all the flowers blooming.
Here comes summer,
With all the fun in the sun.
Gone with seasons for eternity.

Life, MY life

It's funny how life is.
One day you're young and single.
The next you're maried with kids.

Juggling a family, school, and work is hard.
At times, I get frustrated and want to give up.
But then I see my kids and husband
and realize I can accomplish anything with their everlasting love.

Everybody had different priorties in life.
For some, it's going out and partying all night.
For me, it's being the world's best mother and wife.

Time Flies

Time flies but seems so still....
Work...
Family...
School...
Time seems so still but flies...

What's left when we're gone?...
Except the mere memories of our lives...

Make the most of it while you can...

and remember...

If you see tomorrow embrace it with open hands.

Who Am I

I am the one whose arms you would hide in when you were afraid of the thunder
I am the one who will always carry you in the storm
I am the one who calms you when you are crying
I am the one you trust with your life

I am the one you go to when you need to talk
I am the one you go to when you need advise
I am the one who has fed you all the knowledge you know

I am the one who has told you never put your head down in shame
I am the one who has told you never let anyone look down on you because you are young
I am the one who told you set an example for the belivers in speech, in life, in love and most
of all in faith.

I am the one who will always be up in the stands cheering you on
Of all the things you really need to know is
I am the one that believes in you
Love Always Your Mother.

It feels like just yesterday
That I begged for you not to go away
What I never wanted, happened anyway

You're missing it
The precious moments I warned you about
And now you can only hear them out

You think you're near
But I know you fear
Missing every moment of it

Down On Me

You're watching me
My every move,
Everyday, day and night
The only thing you ask of me
Is what I still haven't done
Even though I treat you this way
You send me and angel, a protector still
To keep not only me but my family safe
My heart is filled with peace

Unfailing Faith

It felt like it was yesterday
When I opened my heart to you and you let me into your life
At first I thought I was unworthy but your words grew on me
From then on I felt like I was put on top of the world
Seeing all that you taught, feeling all that you felt
Despising all those who doubted our bond
But you told me to forgive, so I did
I treasured every moment we spent
But it all went away so fast.

I don’t remember when or how it happened
But I know it wasn’t you, it was me who gave up
How I could turn away from your precious gift of love?
When it was what kept me alive during gloomy days
And made the best days glow much brighter
But now, I realize I only call upon you when I need you
When I’m lonely, hurt, or when I need a rock to lean on.

So, today I decided to stop
To stop calling on you when I only need you
To stop believing I’m happy when I don’t have you
And to stop pretending I don’t miss you when I really do

Tonight I will get on my knees and beg your forgiveness
Open my heart to you and hope you let me back into life
Believe in your love like I once believed in so strongly
And most importantly, not give up so easily when walking the path you’ve laid out for me.

Tonight, I pray the Lord’s Prayer.

My Mom bakes cakes

She is never late for important dates

My mom is great for heaven's sake

Something so small
Something so special
Binds two lovers forever
It can be a princess cut,
Or maybe a marquise
As long as it’s never a Cubic zirconium

How can such a big symbolism
Be in such a small jewel
A promise of a life time
Is not only beautiful
But also meaningful

A sparkling piece
Complicated by nature
With materialistic value to some
For others is exploitation and genocide

Diamonds, a girls best friend…
And mens worst enemy

As I am walking down
it seems as if I'm being held back.
As if someone is pushing me back.
I ask myself who could it be?
Who could be calling me?
Who is holding me.
Could it be the Wind.

Time

It is about time that we look at time
For it is worth more than a dime
We need not let it pass
For there will be bines
We need to be fine
We need not to waist our dreams
We need to redeem
We need to live our dreams
And not let time pass by
For it will be gone by the time you know it
Let it shine in you and you will see the night

I here voices
Voices that are gasping for advice
I answer their call
In return, I receive a nod

The louder I speak

With a blank stare with no words

I’ll still give advice
But it’s up to you to make it last
